PrayFit 5K FAQ
The PrayFit 5k & 1 Mile Walk-N-Roll is a premiere event with all participants receiving a finisher's medal and race t-shirts. All proceeds will benefit kids affected by disability. The event welcomes runners, joggers, walkers, and wheelchair athletes. The 5K is on a certified USATF course with official chipped timing. The 1-mile and kid's race is set up for a fun-run without official results.
Please arrive early to avoid traffic and to give yourself time to park and pick-up your packet. For your convenience, early packet pick-up is at Calvary Community Church Friday March, 29th 2019 from 4pm to 7pm.
Timeline for Athletes:
6:00am- Registration Opens
7:15am- Kids Dash Start
7:30am- 5K Start
(8:45am awards ceremony)
9:30am- 1-Mile Start

Where do the proceeds for the PrayFit 5K and 1-Mile Walk-N-Roll go?
100% of the proceeds will benefit kids affected by disability from the Conejo Valley at Calvary Community Church.
When & Where do I get my race packet and bib?
Packet pick-up will be on Friday, March 29th, 2019 from 4pm-7pm at Calvary Community Church, West Lake Village 5495 Via Rocas, Westlake Village, Ca.
Note: You will be able to pick up your race packet and bib on the morning of the event starting at 6am at Calvary, however, please consider registering early at Friday’s pre-race packet pick-up opportunity.
How does the VIRTUAL race work?
The virtual participants are as close to the action as possible. By signing up, you get assigned a bib number and you're automatically sent your medal and t-shirt to arrive the day of the race. It's not mandatory, but if you would post a pic of you and your medal following your run or walk, we would be so grateful. Use hashtag #PrayFit5K2019.
Can I pick up someone else's packet or bib?
No, you must show ID and sign your own waiver.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 1 hour before your event to give yourself time to park, get settled and make your way to the start.
Is my race timed?
Only the 5K is timed with official results.
What is Chip Timing?
Your Timing Device for this event is a disposable ChronoTrack B-Tag which is affixed to the back of your bib number. In order to receive an accurate time, please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of the torso, unaltered and unmodified, pinned in all four corners and not covered by jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc. Please do not fold or wrinkle. Spectrum Sports will be timing this event.
Is there a time limit for the race?
Kid's race has a 10-minute time limit.
5K race has a 1-hour and 10-min time limit.
1-mile has a 45-minute time limit.
Is there a place to leave warm-up gear and keys?
Yes, there will be a protected area to leave your belongings.
Are strollers allowed on the course?
What happens if it rains?
The race will go on rain or shine. However, if there is severe weather or dangerous conditions that threatens participants, guests, or volunteers, we reserve the right to cancel the race without refunds to ensure your safety.
Can I bring my pet?
Due to the size and nature of the event, pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed.
Is there a post-race party?
Yes. Post-race festivities are from 8:30am to 10:30am on the main lawn, so please bring your entire family and enjoy.
How can I find my race results?
The race results will be automatically emailed to your registered email as soon as they are available.
Are headphones Allowed?
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged at this race.
